A developer purchased a lot they wished to build and sell as an investment. The location is the rapidly developing area of Willoughby, Langley. Earning a name as a family area the product had to be suitable to a diverse array of families. An aesthetic was chosen to compliment the neighbourhood's character. Japcon's involvement spanned from concept to the completion.
