This Sunshine Coast home had seen better days. The new owner's bought it with the intent to take it on as a project to restore it to the home of their dreams. Unfortunately they discovered the problems ran deeper than they thought - all the way down to the lack of footings. They brought us onboard to help with the process from design, permits, all the way to the completion of construction. Expected completion is fall of 2024.
