A developer purchased a lot they wished to build and sell as an investment. The location is the Crest area of Burnaby, BC. As an established family area the product had to be suitable to a diverse array of families. An aesthetic was chosen to compliment the neighbourhood's character. Japcon's involvement spanned from concept to the completion.
