The owner's of this home have been living here for the past 15 years. After seeing their neighbour's renovation (also done by us) they decided it was time to give their home a much needed facelift. They love their neighbourhood and wanted the new home feel without moving to a new home. They brought us onboard to start from the planning and budgeting all the way to the day they moved back in, just before the start of the school year. The total budget was $300,000. This project was completed in 2022.
