The owner's of this lovely corner lot in Delta, BC were ready to tear down the old bungalow and build their dream home from scratch. They contacted us to help with everything from design to permitting and lastly construction. Materials were chosen to fit the character of the neighbourhood but the custom design was made to catch the eyes. There are outdoor spaces within a few steps of any part of the home so they can chase the sun all day. Expected completion is summer of 2024.
